Please note what our warranty does not cover:

• Parts worn out by use, caused by knocks, misuse, lost, dented, broken, scratched, dirty parts, loss or broken stones, shocks, polishing done with abrasive products and parts that have been modified or engraved by third parties;
• Pieces that contain broken, scratched, cracked and/or lost stones;
• Parts that have had contact with chemical reagents, perfumes, detergents and other factors that cause damage.

How it works

1. Assessment: When you bring your jewelry to our store, we carry out an initial assessment to understand the condition of the piece and the type of maintenance required.
2. Deep Cleaning: We use professional products and techniques to remove any oxidation and dirt, ensuring your jewelry is impeccable.
3. Polishing: After cleaning, we polish the jewelry to restore its original shine and ensure it looks like new again.

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from our distribution center.

Where should I store them?

Avoid storing all your jewelry in the same place, as this could scratch each other or dent some part of the metal.

Crowding together of pieces can also cause zirconia to fall out, as no matter how well your jewelry is set, friction with other pieces can damage it.

Cleaning

Never boil or use acetone, toothpaste, creams or alcohol to clean your jewelry. This damages and dirty the stones, zirconia and metals. The ideal is to avoid all contact with chemicals.

Do not apply perfume and other products directly, such as creams, oils and alcohol-based products. Avoid putting sunscreen on them, going into the sea or swimming pool, because such heat-related products change the color of the stones and attack the metal alloy.

Always take them off, especially your earrings, before applying hair dye. Apply perfume and use hairspray before putting it on, waiting a few minutes for the excess to evaporate.

Do not wash your hands or take a shower using them, as the soap leaves a thin film on the surface of the pieces, giving them an opaque appearance.

Do not use them for household chores such as washing dishes, cleaning the house, washing the car, etc.
